Donegal Youth Service is still here for young people

Our doors are closed due to the Level 5 restrictions, but we are still working remotely.

Following An Taoiseach Michéal Martin’s announcement this week The Donegal Youth Service building will remain closed in line with the schools for the rest of January. We will continue to update our social media pages if there are any further changes.
Staff will continue to work remotely and groups and services will be operating online. One to one support is also still available remotely.
Some face to face one to one youth work is still permitted in certain limited circumstances.
If you have any questions please contact us. We are still here for you. We know this isn’t the best start to the year, but things will get better. Take care and stay safe. We hope to see you again soon!

What does Level 5 mean? Some key points:
  • No visitors in private homes or gardens (except for essential family reasons such as providing care to children, elderly or vulnerable people or as part of a support bubble)
  • No social or family gatherings should take place in other settings
  • Exercising: People may meet with people from one other household in outdoor settings when taking exercise.
  • No click & collect from non essential retail
