Work for Donegal Youth Service
Donegal Youth Service seeks to appoint the following position:
Youth Worker 35 hours per week (fixed term until May 2022). The successful candidate will have responsibility for engaging and supporting young people in a series of planned youth work initiatives and will be expected to deliver the aims of the Project.
The post will involve substantial evening and weekend work.
The successful candidates will have a third level education standard or equivalent in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years community youth work experience in the last 3 years
OR
A minimum of 3 years full time experience in Community Youth Work or Community Development in the last 8 years
Salary will commence at Point 1 on the Donegal Youth Service New Entrants Youth Worker scale which is €29890
A panel may be created from which future posts may be filled.

Interviews are set for the week beginning 24th May 2021
