Peer Education
Course Description
Peer education is a course designed to equip young people with the tools to educate their peers. The course involves an exploration of the concept of peer education and basic group work skills followed by a real world practical demonstration of their Peer Education skills. At the end of the course the young people will have achieved the following learning outcomes
- Have an understanding of the basic concept of peer education
- have researched and presented information relevant to their peers
- Will understand how to be effective peer educators in a group work setting
- Demonstrate peer education skills in a group work scenario

Young People aged 14 to 18

To improve your leadership skills in a group scenario and to build your confidence when having conversations with your peers.
