The aim of the Reactiv-8 Programme is to help young people build and develop life skills that foster good relations, build confidence and resilience and make them more employable.

It also aims for young people to feel empowered to find their way back to training, further education or employment.  Young people will be supported to

discover and achieve their full potential. The programme is fluid and therefore can work in various areas throughout Donegal and Tyrone such as Letterkenny, Ballybofey, Buncrana, Sion Mills & Strabane etc.

The programme is suitable for young people aged 16-25 years and works with them to promote their personal, social & community development abilities and develop and grow their employability through a suite of training programmes, specifically targeting employability and the world of work. Participants will have the opportunity to meet other young people, build confidence and self-esteem and coping skills. They will work on CVs, interview skills and job applications. Participants will receive both informal and accredited training throughout the programme as well as opportunities for work experience/placements. All participants receive ongoing individually targeted support from their mentor throughout the programme.
